Adding Questions to a Package

Questions can be added in the Package Editor. To access the Package Editor, click on a Package from the available Packages in a Package Group. Before adding Questions, make sure you have selected the required Stack, Cohort and Package Group.

Step-By-Step Guide #

1. Click ‘Add Questions’ #

In Packages Configuration, click the ‘Add Questions’ button.

2. Select a Pool, and then add one or more Questions. #

In the Question Finder window, select the Pool and then click the Add [+] button next to each Question you wish to add to the Package. If you make a mistake, you can remove a Question from the Package by clicking the [-] button.

Select a Pool, then add one or more Questions.

3. The Questions you select will then appear in the Package list. #

Once you have added the Questions, they will appear in the Package Configurations list. You can remove any Questions using the [-] ‘Remove’ button.

You can re-order the sequence of Questions as they appear in the Package when it is published, by clicking and dragging the six dots button on the left edge of a Question row.

On the right hand side there is a button to toggle the visibility of a Question, and a shortcut to edit the Question.

The Questions will appear in the Package list.
