Participants aren’t necessarily added to the Organisation like other Stackle User Roles, but rather they interact with the platform as Front End Users. When it comes to adding Participants to a Cohort, one of a few processes that can occur based on how the Cohort is setup:
- Connecting a Cohort to a course (such as in an LMS) will auto-sync the participants from the course across to the Cohort
- Participants are added as they answer Questions from a Package
- Participants can be manually added via the “Add Participant” button by an Author
