Workspace Participants Details #
The ‘Workspace Participants’ list displays all the Participants in the Workspace.
Search Functionality: Use the Search Functionality available to narrow down the list of Participants. The ‘ Search Term Selection Box’ allows you to choose either the Name or Email of the Participants to search by. Enter relevant details into the textbox and click the ‘Search’ button to narrow down the list. Use the ‘Clear Results’ button to remove any currently applied search terms.
Name: Displays the full name of the Participant.
Email: Displays the registered email address of the Participant.
Responses: Displays the total number of Responses provided by the Participant across the Organisation.
Questions: Displays the number of Questions the Participant has provided Responses for.
Last Response: Displays the latest date a Response was given by the Participant
