Managing Workspace Members

Members of the Organisation can be added to a Workspace via the Members tab in Workspace Settings. Existing Members can also be managed or removed here.

Search Functionality #

Search Functionality

Search Criteria Selection Box: Allows you to select criteria to search by. The available Search Criteria are ‘Name’ and ‘Email’.

Search Field: Enter the text here you wish to search.

‘Clear Results’ button: Clears any applied search parameters.

Workspace Members List Details #

Workspace Members List Details

Name: Displays the Name of the Workspace Member.

Email: Displays the Email of the Workspace Member.

Stacks: Displays the total number of Stacks the Workspace Member is currently assigned to.

Role: Displays the current Workspace ‘Role’ of the Workspace Member.

‘Stack Membership’ button: Jumps to the ‘Stack Membership’ screen for the Workspace Member.

‘Remove Member’ button: Removes the Member from the Workspace.

The ‘Stack Membership’ screen displays a list of all the Stacks the Member is currently assigned to.

Stack Membership – Details #

Stack Membership

Search Functionality: Use the Search Functionality available to narrow down the list of Participants. The ‘ Search Term Selection Box’ allows you to choose either the Name or Email of the Participants to search by. Enter relevant details into the textbox and click the ‘Search’ button to narrow down the list. Use the ‘Clear Results’ button to remove any currently applied search terms.

Stack: Displays the name of the Stack.

Workspace: Displays the name of the Workspace the Stack belongs to.

Role: Displays the current Role of the Member in the Stack.

Questions: Displays the number of Questions in the Stack.
