Features #
These are some new things to keep an eye out for:
Media Response #
Introducing the new Media Response question type! We’re excited to announce that participants can now provide responses using various media elements, including images, videos, embeds, and files. This enhancement expands the possibilities for engaging and rich feedback.
Similar to Multiple Choice and Select questions, you can also include an optional text prompt to encourage participants to provide additional context along with their media response. This allows you to gain deeper insights and understand the full story behind their submissions.
With the inclusion of full history and compare functionality, you can track participants’ progress and growth over time, making it easier to evaluate their development.
Please note that the availability of media response options may vary based on your institution’s settings. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to your IT administrators for further guidance. Get ready to unlock the power of multimedia responses in your assessments!
New Rich Text Editor #
The new and significantly enhanced Rich Text Editor (RTE) is now deployed in multiple configurations across Stackle, offering a greatly improved editing experience. With a wide range of enhanced features for presenting information to your participants, the RTE is not only more powerful but also more reliable. Additionally, you have the flexibility to edit the source code of an area, allowing you to fine-tune it according to your specific requirements. Get ready to enjoy a superior editing experience with our advanced RTE.
Configurable Supplementary Input Text #
Stackle has always offered the capability to prompt for additional text responses in Multiple Choice, Multiple Select, and Media Response question types. However, the limitation of the prompt has been addressed. Now, you have the power to customize a concise and clear message to your participants, ensuring they have a better understanding of the question at hand. This enhancement empowers you to create more engaging and tailored experiences for your users.
Copy and Move #
Introducing the new copy and move feature in Stackle! Now you can easily create templated content by copying and moving items across all content areas. With the “Smart Copy” functionality, when copying within the same Cohort, your question links are preserved, preventing duplication unless specified. This feature allows you to seamlessly copy content across Workspaces and Stacks, facilitating cross-team access and enabling content mobility as your needs evolve over time.
