- A new look and feel for the top header.

Bug Fixes #
The current items are some of the things which have been fixed:
- Canvas LMS
- Navigation on a Stackle module page now sits at the bottom of the screen.
- Error screen on packages with more than one question now doesn’t occur.
- Add package via Module integration has been fixed through Javascript in CDN (fixes Canvas Instructure Bug).
- Authoring Platform
- Select Question Type drop-down was cut off.
- Responsive breakpoints updated.
- Ability to have longer Workspace names without breaking the interface.
- Updated look and feel to Organisation Settings.
- Empty states look and feel updated.
- Participant Widget
- Pathways that were hidden could be seen by participants.
- Small tweaks to the interface look and feel.
- Fixed button states when questions have been answered for History, Additional Information, and Compare.
- Interface fixes for closing areas such as History, Additional Information, and Compare.
- Fix for Multiple Choice and Multiple Select which would render incorrectly when only one question was allowed.
