If there is a Question that no longer needs to be in the Pool, you can delete it. Before deleting a Question, its important to note beforehand:
- The action of deleting a Question can only be reversed by a System Administrator.
- All Participants’ responses will be delted along with the Question.
- Packages that contained the linked Question will have it removed.
Step-By-Step Guide #
1. Open the Question. #
Open a Question from a Pool to view it in the Question Editor.
2. Locate the Danger Zone panel, and click ‘Delete Question’. #
The Danger Zone contains actions that could result in loss of data.
3. Confirm Delete #
Click the ‘Confirm Delete’ button. This will delete all Participants’ responses linked to the Question and remove the Question from the Pool. This action is irreversible.
