It is possible to move an existing Pathway from one Cohort to a new Cohort, either within the same or a different Workspace. Moving a Pathway can be done via the Pathway Editor.
Step-By-Step Guide #
1. Open the ‘Pathway Actions’ menu and click ‘Move’. #
Open the ‘Pathway Actions’ menu from the Pathway Editor, and select the ‘Move’ option. This will open the ‘Move Pathway’ window.
2. Set the new Destination for the Pathway #
Set a new Destination for the Pathway to be moved to. You are able to select a new ‘Destination Workspace’, ‘Destination Stack’, and ‘Destination Cohort’.
3. Select whether to copy Questions #
You can select whether to Copy any Questions currently associated with the Pathway across to the new Destination you are moving the Pathway to. When copied, any Questions and Pools associated with all the Packages of the Pathway will be copied across as well.
Copy Questions: When enabled, any Questions and Pools associated with Packages in the Pathway will also be copied to the new Destination.
Collate Questions into one Pool: If ‘Copy Questions’ is enabled, this option will Collate any Questions copied across into a single Pool.
Smart Copy and Link: If ‘Copy Questions’ is enabled, this option will only allow unique Questions that do not exist within the new Destination to be copied across.
4. Click ‘Move Pathway’ #
To finish moving the Pathway to the new Destination, click the ‘Move Pathway’ button.
