Pool Question Participants displays a ‘Participants’ list, containing all Participants who have provided Responses to the Question in the Pool. Use the search functionality available to narrow down the list of Participants in the ‘Participants’ list. The list of all Participants can be exported using the ‘Download Report’ button. You can click on a Response from the list to view all of the Responses given by an individual Participant in their Response History.

Participants: Displays the Participant’s name.
Date: Displays the date the Last Response was provided by the Participant.
Last Response: Displays the Last Response provided by the Participant.
History: Displays the total number of responses provided by the Participant to the Question.
‘Expand Responses’ button: Expands the ‘Last Response’ column, allowing more room for the Response text to be displayed.
