The Package Group Package Questions Participant screen shows all responses provided by the Participant to the Question. The total of Responses and the date of the last provided response are displayed at the top. Use the ‘Download Report’ button to create an export of the Responses list.

#: Displays the sequence in which responses had been provided by the Participant. The responses are displayed from the latest to the oldest.
Date: Displays the date and time the response was provided.
Answers: Displays the Response provided by the participant.
