When viewing the list of Pools in the Pools Overview screen, you can click on a specific Pool from the ‘Pools Response List’ to jump to the Pool Overview page. Data specific to the Pool is displayed along the top, including Total number of Questions, Participants and Responses associated with the Pool. The ‘Questions’ list displays all the Questions contained in the Pool. You can use the ‘Download Report’ button to create an export of the ‘Questions’ list.

Question Text: Displays the text for the Question.
Participants: Displays the total number of Participants.
Responses: Displays the total number of Responses submitted to the Question.
Last Response: Displays the date the latest response to the Question was submitted.
Created: Displays the date the Question was created.
Last Edited: Displays the date the Question was last edited.
‘Question Visualisations’ button: Jumps to the Question Visualisations screen.
‘Question Participants’ button: Jumps to the Question Participants screen.
