Be careful when you are deleting a Pool, make sure that you keep a copy of all data including responses and questions that you wish to save, as deleting can be potentially irreversible after 30 days and can only be recovered by a system administrator before that timeline.
Step-by-Step Guide #
1. Select a Stack, then a Pool #
2. Click to open the ‘Pool Actions’ menu #
3. Then click on ‘Delete Pool’ #

4. Click on the ‘Confirm Delete’ button to delete the Pool #

You canmodif the Question Text and the associated (optional) Content that define your Question.
Additional Information #
Some important things to be aware of when deleting Pools:
- When you delete a Pool it can not be recovered without intervention by the System Administrator.
- All Questions within the Pool will be deleted and cannot be recovered without intervention by the System Administrator.
- Any Packages that contain Questions within this Pool will have reference to these Questions removed.
- Any Responses that have been entered by Participants for Questions within the Pool will be deleted.
- All analytics will be removed for Questions in this Pool.
